Trade show booth and exhibit rentals
Projectors, rear projection screens, and demo station setups for trade show booths, exhibits, and product demonstrations.

At a glance
RentOurProjectors.com rents projectors and screens for trade show booths, exhibits, and demo stations, shipped to the show's advance warehouse or delivered to the venue. Exhibit halls are brightly lit, so most booths need a brighter projector than a meeting room, and short throw or rear projection setups keep attendees from blocking the image.

A projected image can turn a booth wall into a product video, a live software demo, or a looping brand message that catches attention from across the aisle. Unlike a meeting room, an exhibit hall stays fully lit all day, and attendees walk right up to the display, so the projector, screen, and placement all have to account for bright light and foot traffic.
Short throw projectors are a natural fit for booth walls because they sit close to the surface, so visitors standing near the display do not cast shadows on the image. Rear projection is another strong option for larger booths and island exhibits: the projector sits behind the screen, hidden from view, though it needs open depth behind the screen that has to fit inside your booth footprint.
Demo stations are a common add-on. A projector, screen, and laptop connection at a counter or kiosk let your team walk prospects through a product live, while a second projector runs a video loop on the back wall.

Planning guide
Start with the exhibitor services kit from the show's general contractor (often called the show decorator). It lists the deadlines for shipping to the advance warehouse, the dates for direct-to-show-site deliveries, and the rules on who can install equipment in your booth. Share those deadlines with us so the rental ships in time. Missing an advance deadline can mean a costlier or less predictable delivery path.
Order booth electrical early. Power at most shows is ordered through the show's electrical contractor, not provided automatically, so plan an outlet for each projector, laptop, and speaker. Also be aware of drayage, the material handling charge the show contractor bills for moving freight from the dock to your booth. It is set by the show, not by us, so check the rates in your exhibitor kit when deciding how to ship.
For a quote, send the show name and venue, your booth number and size, the advance warehouse and direct-to-show addresses with their deadlines, what you want to project and where, whether you want rear or front projection, and the outbound shipping instructions for after the show. Many exhibitors send a booth drawing so we can confirm throw distance and screen size.
Availability and exact models vary. Your quote confirms the equipment, accessories, and delivery plan for your dates. Want to go deeper first? Read our projector planning guides or the projector rental FAQ.
Yes. Send the advance warehouse address, receiving dates, and labeling requirements from your exhibitor kit, and we will plan shipping to arrive within that window. Direct-to-show-site delivery is also possible when the show allows it.
A short throw projector is usually the best choice because it sits close to the wall and visitors are less likely to block the image. Exhibit halls are bright, so plan on more brightness than you would use in a meeting room.
Rear projection often needs 8 to 15 feet behind the screen, depending on the lens and image size. Short throw lenses reduce that depth, which helps in smaller booths.
No. Booth electrical is ordered from the show's electrical contractor. Plan an outlet for each projector and any laptops or speakers, and order it before the show's advance deadline.
Plan several weeks ahead so equipment can meet advance warehouse deadlines. Shorter timelines may still work with direct-to-show-site delivery, depending on availability and the show's rules.
