Brightness for daylight
High-brightness and laser projectors keep lyrics and scripture readable when the sanctuary cannot be darkened.
Churches and faith organizations
Bright projectors and screens for worship services, lyrics, sermon slides, conferences, revivals, and special services.

At a glance
Churches and faith organizations rent projectors from RentOurProjectors.com for worship services, song lyrics and sermon slides, conferences and revivals, holiday services, outdoor services, youth events, and temporary venues during renovations. We recommend brightness for sanctuaries with daylight, deliver nationwide, and accept tax-exemption certificates.

In worship, the screen carries the words people sing and the scripture they follow, so it has to be readable from the back pew. Many sanctuaries make that difficult, with stained glass, clerestory windows, and services held in full daylight. A projector that looks fine at an evening rehearsal can wash out completely at a morning service.
Rental projectors and screens let a congregation add capacity for special seasons, conferences, and revivals, try a setup before committing to a permanent installation, or keep worship going in a gym, school, or tent while the sanctuary is renovated.

Why it works
High-brightness and laser projectors keep lyrics and scripture readable when the sanctuary cannot be darkened.
Side screens let every section see the words without craning toward a single center screen.
Send your exemption certificate with the order. Itemized quotes, a W-9, and certificates of insurance are available, and purchase orders are accepted in many cases.
Rear projection keeps the pastor and worship team out of the beam where the platform allows space behind the screen.
Planning guide
Visit the room at the time of day the service happens. Note where sunlight lands, which lights stay on, and where the screen can hang or stand without blocking the cross, choir, or baptistry. Send those details with the seating capacity, and we can recommend brightness and screen size. Light text on a dark background usually reads best for lyrics, and large fonts help members in the back rows.
Plan the operator position early. Someone needs to advance lyrics and slides from a spot with a clear view of the platform, usually at the back of the room. If the worship team needs to see upcoming lyrics, a confidence monitor at the front of the platform helps. Long cable runs from the back of the room to the projector may need an HDMI extender, which can be added to the order. Also confirm that your congregation's song licensing covers projected lyrics.
For outdoor services and tent revivals, timing matters as much as equipment. Projection is easiest after sunset; a sunrise or midday service outdoors will struggle with any projector, so consider whether lyrics are essential or whether printed sheets can fill in. Bring power to the projector and screen location, and secure cables across walkways.

Sanctuaries with daylight often need 10,000 lumens or more, and larger rooms may need 15,000 to 20,000 lumens. Share the seating capacity, the service time, and photos of the room if possible so the brightness and screen size can be recommended.
Yes. A projector, a fast-fold or inflatable screen, and powered speakers can be set up in a tent. Evening services work best for projection, and you will need power at the screen and projector locations.
Yes. Projectors, screens, and sound can be rented by the month for a gym, school auditorium, or other temporary worship space and extended if the construction schedule changes.
Yes. A confidence monitor placed at the front of the platform shows the same slides, or the next slide, so leaders can follow along without turning to the main screen.
