How to plan a projector package rental
Start with three facts: how many people will attend, where the event is, and whether it is indoors or outdoors. Those determine projector brightness, screen size, and whether you need an outdoor screen. Then think about what you are showing. Slides from a laptop, a licensed film from a media player, or a live presentation with several speakers each need slightly different connections and sound.
Decide how much help your team wants. If someone on staff is comfortable connecting a laptop and adjusting focus, a shipped package with a prepaid return label may suit you. If the event is formal, large, or your staff needs to focus on attendees, delivery and setup by a technician, or a technician who stays to run the program, removes the pressure.
