For tours, tell us whether equipment should stay with your team from stop to stop or be delivered fresh at each venue. Both approaches can work, and the right choice depends on the schedule, the distance between cities, and who is available to pack and receive kits.
The general session usually needs more than the breakouts, such as a high-brightness projector, a larger fast-fold screen, and an on-site technician. We plan that room separately within the same order.
